    This Act makes provision for matters of partition in the relation with the development of land.It defines sectional ownership of immovable property and provides rules relative to common ownership. Development schemes shall be approved by the Director of Surveys and Mapping. The Act further provides for, among other things, formation of associations that shall govern a development scheme and common property, registration of rights and exclusive use of common properties and servitudes.

Regulation 25 concerns the form of notice of appointment of member of board and form of notice of person ceasing to be member of board and regulation 26 concerns registration, amendments and revocation of rules made under section 30 of the Condominium Property Act, 2001.

    These Regulations, made by the Minister of Works, Housing and Communications under section 56 of the Condominium Property Act 2001, implement provisions of the Act concerning, among other things, to: registration of condominium plans; subdivision and consolidation of units; the cancellation of condominium plans; and execution and verification of instruments under the Act in accordance with the Registration of Titles Act. The Regulations also prescribe forms for purposes of the Act.
