The Albanian National Land Consolidation Strategy is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach. The timeframe is a 15 year period from 2014 to 2028, divided into three major phases. The Strategy promotes the creation of economically viable, competitive and sustainable family farms. The overall aim is to contribute to sustainable development and to enhance the agricultural sector in an inclusive and gender and socially equitable manner, so as to ensure food security, alleviation of poverty and the rational use of natural resources.

Celle-ci peut être décomposée en trois volets dont l’importance varie d’une zone écogéographique à une autre. The Act, consisting of 19 articles, amends some Nepal Acts in order to maintain gender equality having made timely amendment to the discriminatory provisions between women and men in the prevailing Nepal laws. It specifies that: Article 2 [5] states that “the unmarried girl, married women or a widow living separately may enjoy the movable and immovable property on her own” (22). Labour Act, 1992: - Section 5 [3]: “Women may be employed like men after making appropriate arrangements on the basis of mutual agreements between the general manager and the employees or workers in question”.

The Prindex team presented results of data collected from 15 countries. It focused on pathways for using Prindex to propel policy conversations and movement-building for policy reform with the help of panellists from some of the countries where data was collected.

RBA interventions can address inequities and disparities evident in these communities. In the context of the management of forested landscapes, RBA emphasizes the rights of local communities for fair benefits, access to resources, secure tenure and gender equity.
