The questionnaire attached to Decision 1999/391/EC is replaced by the questionnaire attached to this Decision. The Member States shall use this questionnaire as a basis for drawing up the report to be submitted to the Commission pursuant to article 5 of Directive 91/692/EEC and article 16(3) of Directive 96/61/EC covering the period 2003 to 2005.
This Order grants planning permission in respect of certain development which is necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza. The Order applies to land within a controlled zone, H5N1 controlled zone, wild bird control area or wild bird monitoring area declared by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and to any identified premises. Where this Order applies, no specific application for planning permission is needed for the development permitted by this Order.
This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in respect of Wales by adding a new Part 39 to Schedule 2. Part 39 grants planning permission in respect of the erection of buildings necessary for the purpose of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza.

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1994 by updating a reference to Community legislation and by adjusting the annual rate payable on land set aside and which is covered by undertakings of farmers on land management in nitrate sensitive areas. The 1994 Regulations were made pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) 2078/92 and implemented in part a zonal programme approved thereunder. This Regulation has been amended twice, namely by Commission Regulation 746/96 and Commission Regulation 435/97.
This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in relation to England by, among other things: amending or introducing definitions; making provision for "householder appeals", i.e. right an appeal against planning decisions to the Secretary of State in relation with an application for planning permission for development of residential buildings.

This Order makes saving, transitional and consequential provisions in relation to the substitution of a new Part 2 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8) by section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 concerns the adoption of various development plans.
These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made.
This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development for which no specific application for planning permission is needed. This Order provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment including water source heat pumps and biomass heating systems. It prohibits, among other things, certain development on land within a World Heritage Site.
These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 in relation to Wales by inserting a new regulation 3B that makes provision in respect of the requirement for access statements to accompany applications for listed building consent. The new provision is in consequence of section 42 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which inserted the "access statements" requirement into the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with application for first registration where purchase money or compensation does not exceed a specified sum.
