The constitution was adopted by the Constitutional Assembly and signed by its President and Secretary.
Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection belts and water conservation zones of surface waterbodies shall be established for reduction of pollution of water ecosystems, prevention of erosion, restriction of economic activities in flooded areas, and also with a view of conservation of typical landscapes”.

The scope of this Law shall be to protect users of fertilizers against application of poor quality fertilizers that are dangerous for human and animal health.
This Decree establishes the modalities of conclusion of contract for lease of public land and land local government. It contains the modalities of calculation of lease rent, lays down essential provisions inserted in lease contract and model form of lease contract.
This Decree establishes the amount of information to be released by the State register of immovable property, and the modalities of request and release thereof the period of updating of information on immovable property for taxation purposes.
The scope of this Law shall be regulation of the modalities of constitution and functioning of the European cooperative societies in case of registration thereof on the territory of the Latvian Republic or already registered in Latvia cooperative, commercial enterprise or natural person – permanent resident in Latvia takes part in the constitution of a European cooperative.
Item 5.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The age of forest species shall be determined as of 1 January of the year following the year of inventory”.
Amends: Decree No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on exemption from land tax of afforestation and reforestation areas. (2003-02-11)
This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of immovable tax, specifying that public land and land of local government that is not allotted in lease or let on hire shall not be subject to application of immovable property tax. Local government shall register payers of immovable property tax.

This Decree establishes the modalities of supervision over compliance with essential requirements set for cleaning agents and competent state body exercising regulatory functions in this sphere. State Sanitary Inspection shall be competent state body performing supervision over the market of cleaning agents.
This Decree establishes that proposals for expropriation of public property and property of local government shall be accompanied by certification by State Land Service related to ownership of public land plots and cadastre registration thereof.
