A strong practitioner and academician with expert knowledge in Land Management, Land Surveying, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management and Social Research. In addition to a number of publications, Emmanuel is an external examiner on the MSC Proigramme in the School of Geomatic Engineering at the University of Zambia. Close to 40 years of extensive national and international working experience working in Zambia and the UK. Currently working as the Country Coordinator of the USAID-Funded 'Integrated Land and Resource Governance' programme and is also a member of the Survey Control Board of Zambia.
