This CDRI research paper, which forms part of a larger research project on Land and Food Security initiated in 2001, discusses the changing livelihood strategies, land use, and access to natural resources in rural Cambodia. The findings of this research suggest that despite a relatively egalitarian distribution of agricultural lands in the late 1980s, considerable inequality in land holdings and landlessness has emerged.
