The present Agreement is applicable to expropriated land, including arable land, pastures and land for waterworks, pertaining to Abumuhar and Karsh irrigation channels, and Tuymuyun water reservoir that have been conceded to the Parties on condition of joint permanent land tenure.
Article 5 of the Law No. 214-1 on peasant farm acquires a new wording: «The plot of land of a peasant farm shall be inherited according to the modalities envisaged by the national legislation».
Article 1 shall be supplemented with items 23 and 24 of the following contents: "23) homestead land – is not a plot of arable land but an allotment granted by state executive bodies or local self-government to citizens for individual construction with the adjoining plot of land; 24) lawn-and-gard

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Peasant association shall be constituted by the regional administration by agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the proposition of district and city administration.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Irrigated arable land, transferred (transformed) in accordance with part 2 of this Article, cannot be used for other purposes”.
This Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of soil, fertility, conservation of quality and protection against degradation and other negative impact on agricultural land.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.
The Law shall be amended by substitution of the wording “Agricultural Land Re-distribution Fund” with the wording “State Fund of Agricultural Land”.
