Showing items 1 through 9 of 184.The Convention applies to the Carpathian region to be defined by the Conference of the Parties. Each Party may extend the application of this Convention and its Protocols to additional parts of its national territory by making a declaration to that effect.
These provisions were adopted in implementation of Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control).
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme Regional executive body shall be responsible for issuance of permits for works causing soil disturbance”.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, protection and management of protected areas of regional and local significance.
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Guardianship of protected areas of regional significance shall be performed by state bodies that administer them”.

This Protocol has been adopted by the Contracting Parties to implement the Alpine Convention as regards soil conservation.
The Convention shall cover the Alpine region, as described in the Annex. The Contracting Parties shall take appropriate measures among others on population and culture, regional planning, prevention of air pollution, soil conservation and water management.
The Parties shall cooperate on environmental policy and management, town and country planning, reduction of environmental pollution, nature protection and cultural heritage, environmental monitoring and information systems, education and propaganda.
The contracting parties propose to develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection and restoration.
