Showing items 1 through 8 of 8.The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to all issuing of extracts and elaboration of data on official land survey on behalf of competent authorities.
The present Ordinance enforces the Law on public land of 18 March 1986. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as specific tasks of competent executive authorities.
The purpose of the present Act is to define planning measures of the Canton and local authorities with a view to the conservation of agricultural land. The reduction of agricultural land shall be carried out only in exceptional cases and shall be compensated by the planning authority.
