Showing items 1 through 5 of 5.This Act shall apply to any agreement, regardless of its form, which is intended to give rights in personal property, including houses on land not owned individually or entirely by the party or parties purporting to give an interest in the house, as security for the performance of any obligation.
This Act makes provision for a framework for the national environment protection policy and environment protection measures and establishes the National Environmental Protection Authority.
The Act provides for the planning of land and water use and the creation of zones for specific purposes. Section 3 sets out the tasks of the Chief Planner, who shall be an adviser in planning to central and local authorities.
The constitution was drafted by a constitutional convention and approved in a referendum.
The administration, control, custody and management of the Coastal Zone, and the general administration and implementation of the provisions of this Act are hereby vested in the National Environmental Protection Authority.
