Ce décret porte définition et limites des différentes zones de navigation au commerce et à la pêche, notamment celles relatives à la navigation côtière, au cabotage national, au cabotage interafricain et au cabotage international, au long cours et à la pêche côtière.
Ce décret fixe les limites des eaux fluviales et maritimes dans les fleuves et rivières du Sénégal et rend applicables à tous les navires entrant dans la zone maritime les règlements maritimes, la police de navigation et les feux, les règlements pour prévenir les abordages.
The amendment replaces article 13 concerning breach of lease contracts. Any person that uses the leased lands other than in the way specified in the lease contract and without permission of the competent authority shall be liable to pay a fine of double the lease amount.
