The Government decrees that the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resource and its territorial branches is especially authorized environmental institution.
The scope of this Regional Law shall be improvement of state regulation in the sphere of land property relations, originating in the process of ownership, tenancy and governance of land on the regional territory.
This Regional Law establishes types of agricultural land area within stock of agricultural land classified as particularly productive agricultural land areas that shall be prohibited for other uses.
Article 6.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The following protected areas of local significance shall be set up on the regional territory: (a) tourist and recreational areas; and (b) protected natural complexes”.
This Law consists of 5 Chapters that contain 26 articles. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 lists the types of activity that are subject to obligatory licensing. Chapter 3 determines licensing for export and import of commodities (produce service).
Point 26 of the paragraph 1 of the Article 9 is supplemented with the expression "land survey/mapping practices". Point 45 of the paragraph 1 of the Article 9 acquires a new wording.
This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persona and individual entrepreneurs.
