Showing items 1 through 9 of 118.The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation.
The present Law applies to land use planning of private and public parties in the whole of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
