Our national supplies of food and fiber depend upon the output of the land. Title to it as he wishes.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to land consolidation. Article 1 establishes that to improve production, working conditions in agriculture and forestry, as well as to improve general land use planning and land development, owned land may be consolidated.
This Resolution consists of 9 Sections divided into 270 articles. Section I deals with real estate. Sectiuon II provides for property. Section III concerns with easements. Section IV relates to mortgages. Section V pertains to privileges and enforcement.
Repealed by the Farmland Act - Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 11/2012.....Replaced the Land Nationalization Act of 1948
