This Ministerial Decree regulates the cadastral division of the territory of Uzbekistan and attribution of cadastral numbers to plots of land in the registration process. The purpose of cadastral division is to create identifiable parcels of land. The basic unit of cadastral division and land registration shall be a plot of land.

The present Regulation enacts section 189 of the Land Titles Act.

These Rules provide for applications to the Registrar under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, the form of the documentation which must accompany any application and the circumstances in which an application may be cancelled by the Registrar. Schedule 1 to these rules contains the various forms prescribed by them.

These Regulations, made under Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, make provision in England and Wales for land to be registered as a freehold estate in commonhold land. Part I of these Regulations contains general provisions. Part II contains provisions about the registration of a freehold estate in land as a freehold estate in commonhold land.

This Decree contains rules relative to various stages of and the procedures for the partition of land in accordance with the Land Partition Act. It also defines the duties of local authorities in this process. The stages are, among other things, survey and mapping, the establishment of borders of land, distribution of registration numbers and assignment of an official address.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations.

The Land Registration Act 2002 makes provision about land registration and in particular provides for the appointment of the Adjudicator to Her Majesty's Land Registry. These Regulations make provision for the carrying out of functions during any vacancy in that office. Regulation 2 makes provision for the appointment. Regulation 3 makes provision for jurisdiction and powers.

This Order extends, as from 13th October 2003, the scope of the Land Registry Trading Fund Order 1993, which established the Land Registry Trading Fund with effect from 1st April 1993.

Under section 73 of the Land Registration Act 2002, an objection may be made to any application to the registrar. If that objection is not groundless, the registrar may not determine the application until the objection has been disposed of and, if this is not possible by agreement, section 73(7) requires the registrar to refer the matter to the adjudicator.
