La presente Resolución precisa que no requieren inscribirse en los Registros Públicos las limitaciones al derecho de propiedad de los predios ubicados en Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP), para su oponibilidad a terceros, salvo que el dispositivo legal que lo establezca lo ordene expresamente.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels out of stock of public and municipal land to citizens free of charge for individual housing construction. It classifies categories of citizens entitled to the aforesaid allotment of public and municipal land.

La presente Orden modifica la que determinan el cuadro de módulos específicos de valor unitario de suelo a efectos de lo establecido en la Ley del catastro inmobiliario, respecto a la determinación de los módulos de valoración aplicable a los inmuebles.

These Regulations amend the Land Title Registration Regulations 1986 (L.I. 1341) in relation with fees for the registration of a mortgage or charge to secure future advances and for application of first registration of land and registration of land previously registered under the Land Registry Act, 1962 (Act 122). Furthermore, in various regulations the words “Part VIII of” are deleted.
