Sea-shore Act.
This Act provides for the management and conservation of the sea-shore meaning the water and the land between the low-water mark and the high-water mark. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the State President shall be the owner of the sea-shore and the sea, except of any portion thereof which was lawfully alienated before the commencement of this Act or may be alienated hereafter under this Act or under any other law. The Minister may, on such conditions as he may deem expedient, let any portion of the sea-shore and the sea for specified purposes.
