La presente Ley de acceso al crédito para la formalización de la propiedad crea el Programa de Apoyo Crediticio para la Formalización de la Propiedad para la adquisición de predios de propiedad privada ocupados.

This Ordinance prohibits certain activities on land bordering on the sea or any tidal water and having its seaward boundary at the low water mark. It shall be prohibited to remove sand and other material without a licence granted by the Governor under this Ordinance and to deposit offensive substances or litter on the coast.

This Ordinance provides for selected matters relating to extended payment agreements, which are contracts for the sale of a freehold interest in land in a case in which it is a condition that the purchase money shall be paid in instalments and that the conveyance of the freehold shall not be executed until payment of the last instalment.

This Ordinance concerns the organization of land registration, the registration of interests in land and related matters and (transfer of) rights in land such as lease, charges and easements. There shall be a Land Register and a Register of Lands shall be appointed. The Ordinance sets out effects of registration and provides for the protection of persons dealing in registered land.

This Ordinance provides rules relative to the subdivision of land and relevant titles in such divided land and common property. It prescribes that land, including the whole or a part of a building, may be subdivided by registering a strata plan in the manner provided by or under this Ordinance.

This Ordinance defines offences, including trespass on property and damaging of real and personal property, leaving at large of dangerous animals, littering and washing at public wells.

La présente loi met en exécution la loi fédérale du 3 octobre 1951 sur l'amélioration de l'agriculture et le maintien de la population paysanne. L’article 1er établit que les dispositions de la présente loi s'appliquent aux améliorations foncières et forestières qui sont conduites avec la participation des pouvoirs publics.

This Law establishes terms and conditions for ownership, use and disposal of state property and property of local self-government and, in particular, land, inland waters, parks and subsoil.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to farming land and gardens. Article 1 establishes that a Farming Land Commission shall be nominated. This Law establishes legal basis for carrying out either foreign or local investments end ensuring their protection. The purpose of the Law is to establish legal basis for promotion of investments. Investments are all types of property and intellectual values and rights invested and used in entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Georgia for the purpose of making profit.

This Law regulates the lease relations, establishing the objects and subjects of lease relations, their rights and obligations. The following can be leased: land and other natural resources, enterprises, organizations, units of enterprises and organizations, buildings, installations, premises, agricultural and other machinery, transportation means, inventory, instruments, other material goods.
