The present Regulation enacts the Landlord and Tenant Act. The Regulation prescribes the following forms concerning the landlord-tenant relationship: Inventory and notice (1); Notice of set-off (2); Demand for possession (3); Summons (4); Order for possession (5).

The present Regulation enacts the Expropriation Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to commission fees for valuation of land. In particular, section 1 establishes the fees and charges to be paid by any authority in respect of any proceeding or any class of proceeding before the Land Value Appraisal Commission which constitutes a hearing before that Commission.

The present Regulation enacts section 6 of the Land Survey Act dealing with subdivisions of land surveyed in sections. Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulation shows how such a subdivision may be laid out.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that water fund land shall be considered public land occupied by waterbodies (rivers, lakes, water reservoirs, channels, waterworks) and also land along shoreline of waterbodies and water conservation zones. Water fund land shall be used for rational use, conservation and improvement of water resources.

The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Federal Land Consolidation Act in its consolidated version of 16 March 1976 (BGBl. I p. 546). The Ordinance establishes the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement of the above-mentioned Federal Act. The text consists of 4 articles.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 defines competencies of the Commission which are: division and valuation of joint tenancy and public domain; determining shares of partners; and, prepare a project of the equitable distribution among partners.

The present Ordinance implements article 2of the Soil Protection Law (LGBl. No. 66/1987). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to a soil protection programme in agriculture. Article 1 establishes that with a view to the type of cultivation regular inspections of the soil shall be affected. To this end a net of control facilities shall be established.

President of the Supreme Soviet and President of the Council of Ministers decree that provisional certificates of ownership, possession and tenancy of land till the issuing of state acts if the decision of the local Council of People’s Deputies of the allotment of land.

This Decree, composed of 26 articles and 3 Annexes, implements Law No. 1.130 of 12 February 1987 individuating the Areas of Special Interest in Rio de Janeiro State and definining the standards for the parcelling projects referred to in art. 13 of the Law No. 6.766 of 19 December 1979.

These Regulations prescribe the procedure to be followed, unless it is agreed otherwise, in giving effect to a claim to exercise the right to collective enfranchisement or a claim to exercise the right to lease renewal under Part I of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
