This Act regulates various aspects of the management and handling of agricultural properties in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding proper agricultural production, development of rural areas, etc. (art. 1). Agricultural properties shall be notified and registered.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 by correcting two errors in Schedule 1 substituted in the principal Regulations by the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009 to give effect to certain provisions to Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances.

This Act regulates the management of agricultural land in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding a sound basis for agricultural production. The Act prescribes rules relative to cultivation and other use of agricultural land in accordance with its destination of use.

This Act provides for State financial support for various measures in the field of agriculture and fisheries, such as organic production, development of less-favoured areas, cooperation between farmers, etc. The Minister may tie investment support to agricultural enterprises of improvement plans to be adopted in accordance with article 1 and may issue rules relative to granting of support.

The aim of this Law is to settle disputes concerning rural land contract management in a timely and just manner, to ensure farmers' rights and promote rural economy and social stability.The law sets out principles related to the use of mediation or arbitration for the settlement of land disputes.

This Act primarily concerns partnership agreement (described in Schedule 3) between a Relevant Public Body and a private partner for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure (as defined in Schedule 2).

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Sanitary protection regime in healthcare and recreational areas and spas shall be performed in the first belt by managers, in the second and the third belts by managers, land tenants, land owners, lessees and residents”.

This Regional Act abolishes the Regional Agency for Parks and the Regional Agency for Soil Protection and provides for the rearrangement of administrative functions in this field. Subsequent amendments are laid down to regional provisions concerning the management of protected areas.

This Act provides for the recognition of the condominium form of ownership of real property and establishes rules for the creation, sale, and operation of condominiums, and for related purposes. It seeks to protect condominium ownership rights and define the legal relationship among the various parties involved in condominium development and ownership.

These Regulations amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting regulation 16 and by amending provisions concerning, among other things, the description of land, immovable property in partnership deeds, land transferred pursuant to a will, partition in case of inheritance, servitudes and leases.

The purpose of these Regulations is to carry out special protection for the basic grasslands, strengthen the ecological protection and construction of grasslands, and promote the sustainable development of economy and society.
