The Austrian Federal Government (German: Österreichische Bundesregierung) is a collective body that exercises executive power in the Republic of Austria. It is composed of the Chancellor, who is leader of the government, the Vice-Chancellor, and senior ministers. The President and the Government together form the executive branch of Austria.

The present Ordinance implements article 5 of the Land Use Planning Law (LGBl. No. 15/1973). Article 1 establishes that the Advisory Committee has the task to advise the regional government of Vorarlberg in all matters concerning land use planning. In particular, the regional government shall seek the advise of the Committee in matters concerning land use utilization. The text consists of 7 articles.

Burgenland Soil Protection Law.
An Act by the regional government of Burgenland on the protection of soil from harmful substances. In order to avoid harmful effects on human beings, animals and plants the aims of the said Act are as follows: the conservation and protection of soils and its functions, the improvement and restoration of the functions of soils and the prevention of soil erosion and soil compaction in general.
Sewage Sludge – Soil Protection Ordinance.
The present Ordinance implements articles 10 and 11 of the Soil Protection Law (LGBl. 80/2001). The purpose of the Ordinance is to regulate the use of sewage sludge in agriculture in such a way as to prevent harmful effects on s oil, vegetation, animals and man, thereby encouraging the correct use of such sewage sludge.
Law on Land Expert Commission according to the Land Procurement Act.
The present Law implements the Federal Land Procurement Act (BGBl. No. 288/1974). For the purpose of issuing an expert assessment in administrative proceedings article 1establishes a Land Expert Commission at the competent regional authority. The text consists of 6 articles.
