L’université de Montpellier est un établissement d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche situé dans la ville de Montpellier, ayant existé entre 1289 et 1793, puis entre 1896 et 1970, et recréé en 2015. Connue comme possédant l’une des plus anciennes et des plus brillantes écoles de médecine du monde médiéval, Montpellier était aussi réputée pour l'enseignement du droit.

Dans sa forme actuelle, elle est forte de près de 40 000 étudiants. C'est aujourd'hui la 6^e plus grande université de France.

Créée en 2008 avec un seul établissement de 645 étudiants, l’Université Moundou a connu une évolution qualitative rapide, ce qui explique son développement et son rayonnement remarquables. Elle est citée parmi les universités performantes et stables du Pays.

The Centre of Research in the Economics of Development (CRED) is a center for research devoted to studying problems of economic development, particularly issues of micro-institutions, collective action, market development, and political economics.

Most of the research carried out inCRED is based on first-hand data collected by members in various countries of Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Works of both theoretical and empirical nature are regularly produced by a staff of six permanent academic members and between 10to 15 PhD students and post-doc researchers.

The University of Bucharest (Romanian: Universitatea din București), commonly known after its abbreviation UB in Romania, is a public university founded in 1864 by decree of Prince Alexandru Ioan Cuza to convert the former Saint Sava Academy into the current University of Bucharest, making it the second oldest modern university in Romania. The University of East London (UEL) is a public university in the London Borough of Newham, London, England, based at three campuses in Stratford and Docklands, following the opening of University Square Stratford in September 2013. The University of Florida (commonly referred to as Florida or UF) is an American public land-grant, sea-grant, and space-grant research university on a 2,000-acre (8.1 km²) campus in Gainesville, Florida. Built Environment and Health-promoting Working Life are the general research profiles of the University of Gävle. Important parts included are Spatial Planning with a specialisation in Sustainable Built Environment and Musculoskeletal Disorders with the purpose to prevent work-related injuries.
