The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Resolution sets forth principles and guidelines of application for building solar power stations in protected areas. This Regulation underlines that building solar power stations shall not be approved in Grade 1 natural site area, as well as in sensitive and special protected areas. Furthermore solar power stations may be built in Grade 2 and 3 natural site areas and also in protected areas with sustainable use of natural resource, only if they meet the requirements specified in the Resolution.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley Marco de Adquisición y Expropiación de inmuebles, transferencia de inmuebles de propiedad del Estado, liberación de Interferencias y dicta otras medidas para la ejecución de obras de infraestructura, a fin de facilitar y agilizar las adquisiciones y expropiaciones vinculadas a proyectos de Asociaciones Público Privadas (APP), y para agilizar el procedimiento de expropiación de terrenos para la ejecución de proyectos de saneamiento.

This Act amends the Mortgage Institutions Act by reviewing the prescribed penalties in sections 1 (no mortgage business shall be transacted in Nigeria except by a company which is duly incorporated in Nigeria for that purpose and in possession of a valid licence granted by the Minister authorising it to do so), 15 (accounting), 17 (submission of returns to the Federal Mortgage Bank), 20 (restriction of interests by officials of mortgage institutions), 21 (prohibition of receipt of commission, etc., by staff).

Industrial Emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2017 (L.N. 110 of 2017).
These Regulations amend the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the requirements for certain categories of installations, combustion plants, waste incineration plants or waste co-incineration plants in general binding rules that the Malta Environment and Planning Authority may adopt (see regulation 8).

Les objectifs de cette Stratégie nationale sur la restauration des paysages forestiers et des infrastructures vertes (SNRPF) à Madagascar sont: une planification de l’aménagement du paysage et un processus décisionnel communautaires; une coopération intersectorielle efficace et une coordination entre agences gouvernementales aux niveaux national, infranational et local; un renforcement de la capacité des institutions locales à mieux gérer les conflits sur l’utilisation et la propriété des terres; et une amélioration des politiques visant à une gestion intégrée des terres.
