This Royal Decree is composed of 5 articles. Existing and future pipelines are to be surrounded by an inviolable buffer zone 20 metres wide measured from the centre of the pipe. The Ministry of Oil and Gas is to define these inviolable rights of way in coordination with the Supreme Council for Town planning (art. 1). Public service projects are to respect these rights of way.

This Royal Decree is composed of 4 articles and an attached memorandum. Public utility projects are to recognize oil and gas pipeline projects defined in the attached memorandum and maps, as well as the associated machinery, equipment and joints used in the transport of oil and gas along the pipeline (art. 1).

This Act establishes the Uganda Development Bank as a body corporate and defines its objectives, functions and powers. The bank shall provide financial arrangements for, among other things, agricultural modernization. Any lending by the bank shall be adequately secured by land title or other immovable or movable property.

The present Law implements the Federal Act on the acquisition of land by persons abroad of 16 December 1983. Article 6 establishes that the acquisition of land shall be authorized if this serves as principal residence.

The purpose of this Act is to promote reindeer husbandry and related natural industries and make them more versatile.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to establishment of a Special Fund called “Remediation of Contaminated Sites Sachsen-Anhalt”. The Fund shall receive financing from the Federal State and the Land of Sachsen-Anhalt which shall be used for the sanitation of contaminated sites in Sachsen-Anhalt. The text consists of 9 articles.

The present Law implements the Environment Frame Act of 29 June 1990. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the Institute for release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites. The Institute is competent for decisions on application on release of remediation responsibility in view of contaminated sites.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 9 on Obligation to declare; article 10 on Exceptions to the obligation to declare; article 20 on Auctions; article 23 on Notification requirements; article 25 on Issue of authorizations; article 37 on Authorization according to other state laws.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 2 concerning foreign land tenure; and article 39 concerning sphere of action of municipalities. The text consists of 3 articles.
