Land reclamation activities represent a permanent instrument intended for the development, the protection and the improvement of agricultural production as well as for soil conservation and the protection of the environment and its natural resources (art. 1).

This Act establishes the basic framework for ownership, concession and use of agricultural land of the People's Republic of Angola. It consists of 7 chapters defining all the issues related with the land basic legislation, such as: General Provisions (Chap.

This Act regulates the use of agricultural land for purposes of protection of the soil and the landscape. Agricultural land is land used for cultivation or pasture, which is registered for tax purposes as an agricultural unit (sect. 1). The Act does not apply to agricultural land which is not used as such (sect. 2).

This Law makes provisions with respect to the collection and disposal of information in relation to private land. It sets forth the administrative procedures to be followed by landowners in order to declare and register their properties into the National Cadastre.

This Law determines the main principles of realisation of the constitutional right of the Russian nationals to housing facilities in the new social and economic conditions and determines the general bases of legal regulation of housing relationship in the making of new forms of property and right of use of immovable property in the sphere of housing.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance 1935 which aimed to provide for the systematic development and alienation of State Land in Sri Lanka. Under the amendements, the Government Agent shall not recover any fee for the registration of a permit (sect. 2). Every grant on which land is to be alienated shall contain the extent and description of the boundaries of such land.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance that regulates the alienation of State Land. There are provisions relating to the power of the Land Commissioner to set aside selectons of persons for alienation of State Land as well as seizure and sale of land by prescribed institutions. Permits may be cancelled unless the conditions and provisions of the permit are observed.

The objective of this Law is to establish privitization of state-owned and municipal property. The Privatization Commission is established for the purpose of this Act and shall approve privatization programmes as well as control their implementation.

This Law concerns land-use management and expropriation in Poland. The Law defines the guidelines for the use of built up land and land earmarked for development. The expropriation of real estate belongs within the competencies of the district offices of the government administration. Land owned by the State Treasury or gmina (township) may be sold to legal entities and individuals (art. 4).

This Federal Law regulates relationship originating from the process of professional activity of architects as regards the creation of architectural objects for the purpose of providing for safe, ecologically pure, socially and spiritually valuable environment for vital activity of individual and society.

This Order concerns the state treasury of Poland taking possession of real estate comprising of farms at the request of the owners entitled to retirement benefits or by virtue of social insurance for farmers.
