This Law provides for the preservation of natural beauty of Guernsey and the control of development of agricultural land and for these purposes provides for the appointment by the States of the Preservation of Natural Beauty and Control of Agricultural Land Committee. The Law principally grants legislative powers to the States for the purposes of this Law.
