In a single article, these Regulations provide that no Land Control Board shall consent to divisions and subdivisions of any agricultural land into two or more parcels to be held under separate titles if the size of any of the parcels after divisions or subdivision will be less than one hectare.

These Regulations prescribe the information to be contained in that register and the manner in which that register is to be kept by the surveying authority (regs. 2 and 3). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree rules that a Fund for soil improvement is established over which the Plant Commission has the control.
