The Government decrees to establish that State Committee on Land Policy is a Federal Executive Body entitled to carry out inter-departmental co-ordination of the activity in the sphere of land relations, as well as the functional regulation in this sphere, including keeping state land cadastre, cadastre valuation of land, land survey and state control over protection and use of land.

The Government, for the purpose of speeding-up of the reform of housing and municipal services, as well as for more active participation of the population in the process of the improvement of urban planning, decrees to validate the Regulation.

The Environment, Nature and Town and Country Planning Research Council shall carry out research regarding aspects of the environment, town and country planning and nature conservation and restoration in the Netherlands.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service (ROSKARTOGRAFIJA) is Federal Executive Body entitled with special functions (executive, control, supervision, authorizing, regulating and so on) in the field of geodetic and cartographic activity and denomination of geographic objects.

The head of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the status, the main tasks and competence of the territorial inspection of state geodetic survey of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography.

The head of Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the purpose, the principles, the structure and the rules for carrying out certification in the System of certification of geodetic, topographic and cartographic produce set up by the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography for carrying out compulsory certification.

The Government, for the purpose of further development of land reform, increase in social, investment and production potential of land resources, strengthening of the constitutional rights of citizens to land, the formation of efficient mechanism of the regulation of land relationship and state management of land resources, decrees to validate the Federal Special Program.

The Government of Moscow, for the purpose of more efficient use of land, decrees to consider proceedings of the registration and inventory of land tenants a priority issue for the city of Moscow. The Government of Moscow decrees to entitle the prefectures of administrative districts and managing bodies to render Moscow land committee assistance in carrying out the set task.

The Government, for the purpose of development of the automatic system of keeping state land cadastre directed toward modern methods of data collection, processing, storage and transmission, decrees to validate the Program and to entitle the Committee on land resources and land survey to be the customer of the Program. The document consists of 6 Sections.

This Implementing Regulation is composed of 32 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Article 2 charges the Committee of Industrial Zones Affairs to propose and define areas and sites for the establishment of industries.

This Order designates areas of Government land within country parks as special areas as specified in the Schedule.
