The present Ordinance regulates the implementation of the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. Article 2 names the Agricultural Centre of Ebenrain as competent authority in all related matters; article 3 deals with authorities entitled to file an appeal and the relevant proceedings; article 4 concerns legal protection; and article 7 fixes the entry into force.

This Decree regulates transfer in mortgage of lease right in case of mortgage of constructions and edifices by legal persons. Mortgage of construction or edifice and mortgaged of the right of lease of the plot of land shall be carried out by one mortgage contract by consent of the lessor of the plot of land.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. In particular, the plan contains provisions on nature conservation areas, nature preserve areas, protection of specific botanic specimen, protection of specific geological specimen. The text consists of 13 articles.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the organization and carrying out tenders (auction sale) of the plots of urban land and lease thereof for the purpose of housing construction. Seller of the aforesaid plots of urban land or of the right of purchase thereof shall be a state body of local self-government.

This Order authorizes specialized organization “Agrolesomeliostroy” subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to allot drained pastures of the blackland region on lease for grazing for the period of five years and to conclude lease contracts. Priority lease right shall be granted to farming enterprises which land has been expropriated for the period of drainage and land reclamation.

This Order establishes that calculation of land area in condominiums and the establishment of boundaries thereof shall be carried out for the purpose of land use planning, establishment of land shares in common property, efficient use of urban land , taxation and state registration of immovable property.

This Order establishes the list of requested technical documentation and the modalities of transfer of forest land to the category of unforested land for the purposes not related to forest and forest fund management.

This Order establishes that uniform state land cadastre shall represent common state multipurpose and multilevel system containing reliable data on natural, economic and legal state of land in the Russian Federation, including objects of cadastre registration.

The present Regulations enact section 11 of the Oil and Natural Gas Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations “bid” means a proposal for exploration or development of provincial lands for oil or natural gas, that was submitted in response to a call for bids.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the cultivation and management of alpine regions and the related existing rights of lease and preemption thereof. The kind and extension of the cultivation and management shall be carried out according to ecological principles.

This Joint Decree establishes that separate land plots can be transferred in mortgage for land based credits. Legal persona and natural persons that are Belarus nationals can be mortgagers if their ownership right to land plot is certified by state land certificate. Banks authorized by the President of Belarus shall be mortgagees.

These Regulations, which apply throughout Great Britain, implement and supplement provisions of Council Regulation No. 1765/92, which establishes a support system for producers of certain arable crops. Producers of particular crops are entitled to receive compensatory payment, calculated according to the area which they have sown with such crops.
