Plant quarantine fees payable in respect of plant quarantine and phytosanitary services as set out under Column I in Part A shall be at the rates specified against such service under Column II in Part A of the Schedule.

The Ordinance provides for the institution of Village Councils for the purpose of town development and endorses them with the power to order surveys and dispose of the land, to redistribute it between adjacent villages and to issue land taxes or levyand to provide for all related matters, legal and administrative.

These Regulations regulate earthmoving operations, i.e. any construction or other activity which disturbs or alters the surface of the land, coral reef or bottom of lagoons (reg. 1.3). All earthmoving operations in Micronesia shall be conducted in accordance with these Regulations and in such a way as to prevent accelerated erosion or accelerated sedimentation (reg. 2.1).

These Regulations provide rules for the removal of sand and gravel in the Corporate Area of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. Removal of sand, gravel or other material from watercourses or river beds requires a licence from the Council of the Corporation to be granted in accordance with these Regulations.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Farm Loans Act regarding restrictions on loans, maximum time of repayment, default in repayment, etc. The Regulations also prescribe various forms for purposes of the Act.
