El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento para la selección y asignación de solicitantes de tierras, que tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos a que deben someterse las personas solicitantes de tierras (personas físicas o personas jurídicas sin fines de lucro), para el estudio y selección, ya sea para asentamientos campesinos de explotación individual o colectiva.

This Act amends the Town and Country planning Act in relation with the extension of powers of municipal authorities to regulate and impose conditions regarding the establishment, quality and operation of construction sites and constructed-related operations regarding the soil.

This Act establishes rules on electronic spatial data infrastructure operated and made available to the public.

This basic piece of legislation sets out principles and lays the foundations for laws relative to land tenure and administration of rural land are to be enacted by Regional Councils in respect of each Region of Ethiopia and in accordance with the present Proclamation, laws on environmental protection and land utilization policies.

Le présent décret ratifie la Réglementation commune aux Etats membres du Comité Inter-Etats de lutte contre la Sécheresse au Sahel (C.I.L.S.S) sur l'homologation des pesticides (version révisée), signée à N’Djamena le 16 décembre 1999.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Coefficient rates related to plots of public land shall be set forth by the Regional Government and it shall not exceed maximum rate contained in the Annex to the present Regional Law”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 747-OZ “On calculation of lease for public land plots and land plots with undelimited ownership”. (2015-07-01)

This Regional Law establishes that local government shall have the authority to make decision on allotment of land plot to natural person in ownership free of charge or to refuse to do so within fifteen days from the date of submittal of application by the person concerned. Minimum land area of the aforesaid plot of land shall be 0, 10 ha and maximum land area shall be 0, 20 ha.

This Act vests all land comprised in the territory of each State in the Federation in the Governor of that State and requires that such land shall be held in trust and administered for the use and common benefit of all Nigerians in accordance with the provisions of this Act. In each State a Land Use and Allocation Committee shall be established.

Article 21 lists categories of citizens that shall have priority right of allotment of plots of public land on lease.

Amends: Regional Law No. 36-KZ “On regulation of some issues of land relations”. (2015-04-09)

Article 11.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the area with identified objects of cultural heritage therein shall be validated by the district institution competent in the sphere of protection of cultural heritage. Data related to the aforesaid boundaries must contain textual description and graphic mapping”.

This Act amends the Register of Interests Act in section 1 (short title and commencement) and by deleting the words “Legislative Council” wherever they appear in the Act and substituting the words “House of Assembly and the words “U.K. S.I. 1976 No. 2145” wherever they appear in the Act and substituting the words “U.K.S.I. 2007 No. 1678.”

This Act provides for physical planning in South Africa at national and local level. It assigns functions to the Minister of Regional and Land Affairs for achievement the objects of this Act and grants power to the Minister to divide the Republic into two or more development regions and to divide a development region into two or more planning regions.
