Pour remédier aux graves menaces de la désertification et de la dégradation de ses ressources naturelles, Madagascar s’est doté d’un Plan d’Action National (PAN) de lutte contre la désertification aligné au plan cadre stratégique décennal 2008-2028.

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping of cadastre through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, as well as their waters.

Paragraph 3 of the Article 12 of the Law of the RSFSR on peasant farm acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: « Citizens that set up peasant farm for the first time are exempted from payment of land charges for the period of 5 years beginning from the moment of the allotment of the plots of land. The amount, conditions and terms of payment of land charges are determined by contract. »

This Act provides protection for and regulates tenancy for agricultural purposes of land of not less than one acre nor more than fifty acres whether with or without buildings. The Act applies also to some other agricultural land tenancy. The Act prescribes statutory terms of tenancy according to the cultivation purposes of the land and sets out statutory conditions for a tenancy contract.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government, with a view of performance of municipal land control shall elaborate annual inspection plan with a view of verification of the legal rights of land owners of land plots located within the boundaries of a given municipal unit calculating inspection of no less than five percent of legal persona and individual entrepreneur

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento interno del Consejo Consultivo del Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro, que es el órgano que brinda asesoría y orientación estratégica al Programa y que será presidido por el representante del Ministerio de Hacienda.

These Regulations amend: (a) the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2006 so as to apply the modifications those Regulations make to Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to all radioactivity; and (b) the Contaminated Land (England) Regulations 2006 to provide for a new ground of appeal against a remediation notice.
