The purpose of this Act is to establish mechanisms to support a sustained long-term reduction of poverty in Ontario, above all of poverty of children. Section 3 establishes that not all groups of people share the same level of risk of poverty.
The present Act provides for the establishment of the protected park area St. Lawrence. To this end the St. Lawrence Parks Commission is continued as a corporation without share capital under the name St. Lawrence Parks Commission in English and Commission des parcs du Saint-Lawrence in French.

These Sanitary rules and regulations shall ensure radioactive security in the process of performance of work in areas with radioactive contamination and radiation control in the aforesaid areas.
