The President decrees that land plots can be allotted by local self-government for public needs exclusively after expropriation thereof from former land tenant, landowner, landlord or lessee in accordance with legislation on protection and tenure of land and the provisions of this Presidential Decree. Unjustified expropriation of land plots shall be prohibited.
This Decree establishes the modalities of making amendments to the boundaries of plots of land, tracing new boundaries and insertion of updated data into land cadastre information system. Annex 1 contains the form of notification on change of the boundaries of land plots.
