These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
The Purpose of these Regulations is to protect, construct and utilize grasslands rationally and promote the sustainable development of grassland ecosystem. The Regulations are divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Planning and Construction (II); Contractual Management (III); Protection and Utilization (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation, protection and management of protected areas of regional and local significance. Regional protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves; (c) nature monuments; (d) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; and (e) healthcare areas and health resorts.
Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Functioning of protected areas of regional significance shall be performed in accordance with validated regulations related to specific protected areas”.

This Act establishes the National Museums of Kenya as a body corporate and provides for the protection of national natural and cultural heritage (as defined). The National Museums of Kenya shall, among other things, identify, protect, conserve and transmit the cultural and natural heritage of Kenya. The Minister may declare an open space to be a protected area within the meaning of this Act.
This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation, protection and functioning of protected areas of regional significance for the purpose of conservation of natural resources potential, healthcare, tourist and recreational resources, landscape and biological diversity, and promotion of ecological education of the population.
Article 1 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Applicants for allotment of public and municipal land plots for individual construction and subsidiary smallholding must submit residence certificate for the whole household”.
This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of public and municipal land parcels free of charge to natural persons for individual housing construction and smallholding to the following categories of citizens: (a) citizens with three or more children under 18 years of age; (b) young families, and single parents of maximum 35 years of age; (c) persons in need of improvement of housing condit
This Law provides for the taxations of transactions involving rights in land as defined by this Law. It also provides for exemptions, payment of tax, reduction or remission of tax and proceedings for the recovery of tax. The States may, by Regulations, specify transactions to which this Law does not apply.
This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.

El presente Decreto modifica el procedimiento de selección de los beneficiarios de los programas especiales de adquisición de tierras por campesinos de escasos recursos que hubieren sido desplazados del campo por causa de la violencia, deportados de zonas fronterizas o afectados por calamidades públicas naturales.
El presente Acuerdo dispone agrupar en el sector coordinado por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano las siguientes entidades paraestatales : a) Comisión Nacional de Vivienda; b) Comisión para la Regularización de la Tenencia de la Tierra ; c) el fideicomiso público denominado Fondo Nacional de Habitaciones Populares.
