This Act prescribes that no person may hold any Iroijlaplap rights, titles and interests in and to Enewetak and Ujelang Atolls other than specified persons, who hold such rights, titles and interests to the extent permitted by, and in accordance with, the customs and traditions of the people of Enewetak.
