In a course of the research there was studied hydro-meteorological need for irrigation of mineral soils of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of quantitative assessment of their natural heat and moisture conditions. As a result of realized research there was concluded that in conditions of unstable regime of natural hydrological and thermal regimes of mineral soils it was impossible to receive high and, most importantly, stable over the years yields on most of the agricultural lands without the use of irrigation reclamation. There was presented the main results of research into the basing of parameters of irrigation reclamation. There was shown the main directions of improving the scientific and practical bases of irrigation of lands in the Republic of Belarus.
Республики Беларусь на основании количественной оценки условий их естественной тепло-влагообеспеченности. Делается вывод, что в условиях неустойчивого режима естественного водного и теплового режимов минеральных почв получать высокие и, главное, устойчивые по годам урожаи большинства cельскохозяйственных угодий невозможно без применения оросительных мелиораций. Приводятся основные итоги научных исследований по обоснованию параметров оросительных мелиораций. Излагаются основные направления совершенствования научно-практических основ орошения земель в Республике Беларусь.
