The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Act concerns a system of geospatial data collection and storage for the Bahamas. It establishes the Bahamas National Geographic Information Systems Centre, the Geospatial Advisory Council and the Bahamas Spatial Data Infrastructure Program. The Centre shall, among other things, serve as the Government's technical focal point for the collection and management of geospatial data on The Bahamas. It shall also ensure that the Bahamas Spatial Data Infrastructure (BSDI) assists policy-making in relation to policies and activities that may have a direct or indirect impact on the environment.
Acuerdo Nº 5 - Modifica el Reglamento de arriendos en franjas fronterizas.
El presente Acuerdo modifica el Reglamento de arriendos en franjas fronterizas, en relación al caso en que extinguido un arrendamiento por causas ajenas al arrendatario, este tendrá derecho a que se le reconozca el valor de las plantaciones permanentes y construcciones que existieren en el terreno.

Regional Law No. 39-OZ “On Civic Chamber”.
This Regional Law establishes that Civic Chamber must ensure coordination between citizens, social associations, state bodies and local government, promotion of civil society institutions, and consideration of the interests of the population in the process of elaboration and realization of state policy, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens. Civic Chamber shall be set up to ensure open and transparent discussion of the most important problems of social development, promotion of civil society institutions and democratic principles of the functioning of state bodies.

Loi nº 87-03 relative à l'aménagement du territoire.
Cette loi définit le cadre de mise en oeuvre de la politique nationale d'aménagement du territoire, visant l'utilisation optimale de l'espace par la structuration, la répartition des activités économiques et des ressources humaines ainsi que l'exploitation rationelle des ressources naturelles, notamment les ressources rares.
