Land Registration (Amendment) Act 2009.
This Act provides with respect to local government in accordance with section 187B of the Constitution, which requires an Organic Law to provide for, or make provision in respect of, the form and the manner of establishment of the Provincial Governments and the Local-level Governments.
This Act amends the Valuation Act in provisions respecting fees. Sections 20, 23 and 25 are amended so as to change "prescribed fees" in "fees". Fees are not anymore prescribed by authority.

This Act concerns the exploration and exploitation of unconventional hydrocarbon resources in Papua New Guinea.
This Act amends the Conservation Areas Act in sections 18,19, 20 and 24 with respect to transfer of functions of the Minister to the Managing Director of the Conservation and Environment Authority (relating to the Register of conservation areas).
This Regulation implements provisions of the Valuation Act 1967.The Regulation provides forms, prescribes fees and regulates some matters of miscellaneous character such as valuation rolls, secrecy and appeal under section 74 of the Act against a decision of the Valuer General.
For the purposes of Section 7 of the Land (Tenure Conversion) Act, an application for registration shall be in the form in the Schedule to this Regulation.
This Regulation implements provisions of the Land Registration Act with respect to documentation of procedures for the registration of titles in land. Regulation 3 sets out general requirements for documents lodged with the Registrar.
