Showing items 1 through 3 of 3.With this Law, paragraph 1 of article 4 and articles 6, 7, 8, 12 as well as the Annex of the basic Law are hereby amended. The amendments concern the procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes.
This Law may be cited as the compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Act 2014 and shall be read together with the Compulsory expropriation Laws of 1962-2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and may be referred collectively as the compulsory expropriation laws of 1962 to 2014.
This Law, consisting of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements to be satisfied and procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes.
