This Law provides for land use and development planning in Guernsey and control over development.

This Ordinance, made under sections 29(3) and (4), 31(2) and (3), 33(4) to (6), 35(2), 43(5), 81 and 89 of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005, concerns special development control for protected monuments and buildings and protected trees.

This Ordinance implements provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 in relation with appeals to the Planning Tribunal or to an adjudicator.
