The present Act, which consists of nine Parts and two schedules, provides for the setting up of group settlement areas by the State Authority and lays down related conditions of alienation and occupation.

These Rules, which have been adopted in accordance with Sections 14 and 445 of the National Land Code, make provision as regards application for land, disposal of land and matters connected therewith within the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur.
