This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 14 articles and six Annexes, lays down requirements for the landfill of waste and temporary storage of metallic mercury.

The Convention applies to the Carpathian region to be defined by the Conference of the Parties. Each Party may extend the application of this Convention and its Protocols to additional parts of its national territory by making a declaration to that effect.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, establishes provisions concerning sampling of soil as well as performance of agrochemical tests for assessing soil properties of forest lands.

This Act lays down rules governing (i) the marketing of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances; (ii) registration of fertilizers; (iii) storage and use of fertilizers; (iv) agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest areas.

This Act amends 25 points of the Fertilizers Act. In particular, the Act establishes conditions of the use of secondary sources of nutrients (art. 3a), and competences of state administration in the area of fertilizers, cultivated substrates and soil conditioners.
