Section 21 concerns the enforcement of planning control by the Authority. An enforcement notice may be issued by the Authority in the case of illegal development.
A prohibition to possess, keep on his premises, or have under his control on any premises, any sand, stone, shingle, or gravel that is unlawfully obtained is added to the list of prohibitions of section 4. Conditions of the granting of permits are modified.

This Act amends the Land Tax Act in section 8 by inserting immediately after paragraph (g) a new paragraph (h). Section 8 lists exemptions on tax and provides now that land owned and occupied as a residence by a national hero shall be exempted from the payment of land tax.
This Act vests land set out in the Schedule in the Governor General. Land is transferred to the Governor General for public purposes but may be leased on such conditions as the Cabinet of Ministers may direct.
This Act amends the Registration (Strata Titles) Act. It, among other things, replacing in section 4 the words "corporation" with "commission". Section 4 concerns the corporation to be constituted by strata lot owners.
This Act amends the Crown Property (Vesting) Act so as to establish a National Divestment Committee to advise Minister responsible for Land and Environment.

This Act amends various Acts including the Registration and Records Act, the Harbour Master Act and the Agricultural Small Holdings Act. The Registration and Records Act is amended in the Schedule which, pursuant to section 40, prescribes fees for services.
