These provisions supplement Law No. 9948 of 2008 as regards the deadlines for the submission of examination requests. The new deadline is extended for six months as from the entry into force of this Law.
This Law amends and supplements articles 17 and 18 of Law No. 9948 of 2008 dealing with the already-started land distribution procedures regulated by previous Laws No. 7501 of 1991 and No. 8312 of 1998 and provides local government structures with more time to finalize the documentation.
This Law amends and supplements articles 3, 13, 24, 28 of Law No. 9235 of 2004 with regard to the property evaluation process, the evaluation indicators, and the coordination between the involved institutions.
This Law defines the legal regime of refused agricultural lands (lands which are not accepted into use or ownership by farmers). Refused lands are considered as State agricultural lands. They are transferred to the administration of the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures.
Non-divided lands administered by the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures and distributed according to Law No. 8047 of 1995 on the administration of refused lands shall be transferred to the administration of the communes or municipalities councils.
This Regulation concerns the refusal to own or possess land. There are hereby regulated the procedures appicable to requests for land. The land above-mentioned is considered to be State-owned land to be administered and distributed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
This Regulation establishes the Board for Lending Undivided Agricultural Lands and lays down its composition and rules of procedure. The Board’s activities are subjected to the Civil Code and to Law No. 8312 of 1998 on non-divided lands.
The objective of this Law is giving in ownership agricultural lands, forests, pastures and meadows (art. 1). In the implementation of this Law are included all the lands within the Republic of Albania out of the border lines, which are treated as agricultural lands according to Law No.
The object of this Law is the juridical regulation of non-divided agricultural lands and refused agricultural lands by those families who do not agree to accept them into ownership or use.Non-divided agricultural lands are considered areas, registered in the cadastral under the heading of Agricul
