Regulation No. 121 of 2011 lays down rules on the functioning of the central and local land protection and administration departments (LPAD) and units.
This Law defines the legal regime of refused agricultural lands (lands which are not accepted into use or ownership by farmers). Refused lands are considered as State agricultural lands. They are transferred to the administration of the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures.
The present Law supplements Law No. 7745 on the re-evaluation and re-distribution of the ex-agricultural cooperative property by introducing new provisions dealing with the social and cultural assets of the ex-agricultural cooperatives and the offices of the ex-people’s councils.
This Law establishes the re-evaluation and re-distribution of the ex-agricultural cooperative properties. It consists of 13 articles defining the requirements for re-evaluating the aforementioned properties, on the base of the Law No.
Non-divided lands administered by the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures and distributed according to Law No. 8047 of 1995 on the administration of refused lands shall be transferred to the administration of the communes or municipalities councils.
This Decision sets out methods for evaluating the ex-agricultural cooperatives property.
This Decision concerns the reconstruction of agricultural cooperatives. It consists of 12 articles providing for the distribution of the agricultural lands between cooperatives. It states that these lands must be given to the families of the agricultural cooperative members.
This Regulation lays down amendments and addenda to Regulation No. 531 of 1998 on non-divided agricultural lands.
