This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of five articles and one Annex. Land record is kept due to cadastral land: leased under leases; managed under special regulations; lessee owns and operates. The records contain written part, maps and collection of documents.
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 12 points of the Decree establishing details on land registration. In particular it amends part B3, B4, and B5 of the Annex, specifying forms of the inventory of land of different types of ownership.
