Showing items 1 through 9 of 15.This Act concerns perpetuity created on property including land by an instrument inter-vivos, the exercise of a special power of appointment or will. The Act prescribes rules for the validity and procedure of the establishment of perpetuity.
This Act aims at the avoidance of fraudulent dispositions including any transaction, gift, grant or transfer of property of any nature whatsoever.
These Regulations prescribe forms for purposes of the Real Property Tax Act. Forms of Notices are: Notice of assessment required under subsection (1) of section 7; Notice required to be published for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 7.
