Fees set out in Schedule 1 shall be payable in respect of the matters therein mentioned.
These Regulations, made under sections 43(7), 56(4), 62(2), 115(1) and 116(1) of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 , provide for the keeping the Land Register of Scotland (“the register”), the procedure for applications for registration, forms to be used, etc.
