The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act.
The purpose of this Act is to prevent potential danger or injury to public health and environment due to soil contamination and to properly maintain and preserve soil including purifying the contaminated soil to conserve the soil ecosystem, etc.
